Melanie Ilana

Playing music is my favorite thing in the whole wide world!  I've had a passion for singing since birth," Melanie Ilana cheerfully explains.   It wasn't until attending college at the University of Pittsburgh though, that she began honing her guitar playing skills.  She now performs all over Southeastern, Pennsylvania covering anything from The Beatles and Bill Withers to Britney Spears.  Melanie is also a talented singer / songwriter who brings life to her originals with her signature Grungy-Folk-Rock style.   Though she's a product of Southeastern Pennsylvania, she's also had the pleasure of performing both solo and with bands in Honolulu Hawaii, where she lived for a few years.  She made excellent use of her time in Hawaii and had the honor of participating in an Amy Winehouse Tribute Show and the Valentine's Motown Show at popular venue, The Republik.
